RWP HAD A BREACH IN THE POWER CANAL LAST NIGHT DUE TO A FLASH FLOOD UPSTREAM. THEY ARE DILIGENTLY WORKING THROUGH THE REPAIR, AND CURRENTLY THERE IS NO WATER IN ANY OF THEIR CANALS.
